Gardner Statement on the Passing of Nancy Reagan

Washington, DC – Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) released the following statement on the passing of former First Lady Nancy Reagan:

“Today, the country mourns the loss of an extraordinary woman, Nancy Reagan. Throughout her life, the former First Lady committed herself to countless charitable organizations to improve the lives of others and served as a strong partner to her husband, President Ronald Reagan. Our nation is better off because of her service and devotion to the American people. Jaime and I are deeply saddened by this news and our thoughts are with the entire Reagan family during this difficult time.”
