Gardner Statement on September 11th

Washington, DC – Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) released the following statement remembering September 11, 2001.

“Sixteen years ago, our nation experienced the most horrific terror attack in our country’s history,” said Gardner. “We will never forget that awful day and the innocent lives lost. We are forever grateful for our first responders, volunteers, and every person who took action that day to help those in need. Our country showed the world how Americans unite in the wake of tragedy. As we continue the fight against terrorism, we are thankful for our men and women in uniform who are on the front lines safeguarding our freedoms.”
