Gardner Announces $6.9 Million Grant for Eagle County Airport
Washington, DC – Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) announced today Eagle County Airport will receive $6,950,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for infrastructure improvements.
“I’m pleased the FAA has awarded Eagle County Airport $6.9 million for infrastructure improvements,” said Gardner. “This airport plays a critical role in Colorado’s mountain tourism industry, and this funding will assist in completing necessary infrastructure upgrades. I’ll continue to advocate on behalf of our state, county, and local governments, and make sure Colorado receives the necessary resources from the federal government.”
