Gardner Announces $6.3 Million Grant for Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport
Washington, DC – Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) today announced Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport will receive a $6,306,677 grant from the FAA for runway rehabilitation.
“I’m pleased to announce the FAA has awarded the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport over $6.3 Million for runway rehabilitation,” said Gardner. “This airport serves several rural communities on the Western Slope and it's important the federal government recognizes the value of Colorado’s rural airports. I’ll continue to champion Colorado priorities at the federal level and ensure our rural communities have access to the appropriate resources.”
