Gardner Announces $5.8 Million Grant for Telluride Regional Airport
Washington, DC – Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) announced today Telluride Regional Airport will receive $5,855,095 from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to improve the airport’s runway safety area.
“I’m pleased the FAA has awarded Telluride Regional Airport $5.8 million to improve runway safety,” said Gardner. “Our regional airports serve our local communities, and this funding will ensure Telluride Regional Airport is able to complete important safety upgrades. I’ll continue to be a voice for the Centennial state at the federal level and fight to ensure Colorado receives the resources it needs.”
